All applicants are hereby informed that if they wish to make any changes to the information submitted for availing any service of UP Pharmacy Council, they will be required to submit/upload an Affidavit stating the modifications. Any alterations to the submitted details will be unacceptable if the applicant fails to submit/upload the required Affidavit.
Applications for the vacancy of five members nominated by the government under the UP Pharmacy Rules 1955 will be accepted till 12/01/2023.
It is hereby informed to all the Applicants/Pharmacists that it is illegal to submit/file more than 01 application in the Council against the same service (unless directed by the Council to do so). The Council will not consider such Applicants/Pharmacists and their applications. Such applications are liable to be rejected and the Council is free to take strict legal action against the concerned Applicants/Pharmacists.
Only those applicants who have received the SMS to download the Certificate should login to the applicant portal. Remaining applicants should wait for the SMS.
W.e.f. 10.03.2022, Online Service for Renewal of Registration has been started for Pharmacists registered with UPPC as a Lifetime Pharmacist or on the basis of their working experience.
