यू.पी. फार्मसी नियम 1955 के अन्तर्गत शासन द्वारा नामित पांच सदस्यों के रिक्ति पद का आवेदन दिनांक 12/01/2023 तक स्वीकार किये जायेंगे।
सभी आवेदकों/फार्मासिस्टों को यह सूचित किया जाता है कि काउंसिल में एक ही सेवा के सापेक्ष 01 से अधिक आवेदन जमा/दर्ज करना गैरकानूनी है (जब तक कि परिषद द्वारा ऐसा करने के लिए निर्देशित नहीं किया जाता है)। काउंसिल ऐसे आवेदकों/फार्मासिस्टों एवं उनके आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं करेगा। ऐसे आवेदन अस्वीकार किए जाने योग्य हैं तथा परिषद संबंधित आवेदकों/फार्मासिस्टों के विरुद्ध सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के लिए स्वतंत्र है।

उत्तर प्रदेश फार्मेसी काउंसिल द्वारा 05.04.2022 से निर्धारित शुल्क पर अतिरिक्त जीएसटी @ 18% लागू है।
पहले से पंजीकृत आवेदकों को आवेदन पूरा करने के लिए अपने लॉगिन से अतिरिक्त जीएसटी राशि का भुगतान करना होगा।
दिनांक 10.03.2022 से ऐसे फार्मासिस्टों के पंजीकरण के नवीकरण की ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ हो चुकी है जो उ0प्र0 फार्मेसी काउंसिल में बतौर लाइफटाइम फार्मासिस्ट पंजीकृत हैं अथवा अपने कार्य अनुभव के आधार पंजीकृत हैं।

Any alterations to the submitted details will be unacceptable if the applicant fails to submit/upload the required Affidavit.

Applications for the vacancy of five members nominated by the government under the UP Pharmacy Rules 1955 will be accepted till 12/01/2023.
It is hereby informed to all the Applicants/Pharmacists that it is illegal to submit/file more than 01 application in the Council against the same service (unless directed by the Council to do so). The Council will not consider such Applicants/Pharmacists and their applications. Such applications are liable to be rejected and the Council is free to take strict legal action against the concerned Applicants/Pharmacists.

Regarding the termination of in-person document verification process by the UPPC in relation to Registration and other services w.e.f 07.06.2022. No physical presence of applicants is required for verification of submitted applications from 07.06.2022

W.e.f. 10.03.2022, Online Service for Renewal of Registration has been started for Pharmacists registered with UPPC as a Lifetime Pharmacist or on the basis of their working experience.

About U.P. Pharmacy Council

Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council is a statutory body constituted by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under the provisions of the Pharmacy Act 1948, in the year 1956 through UP Govt. GAZETTE notification. The main objective of the UP Pharmacy Council is to regulate the practice of pharmacy in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The prime function of the Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council is to grant registration to the eligible pharmacists possessing requisite qualification as per the provisions of section 32(2) of the Pharmacy Act and to enforce the necessary provisions of the Pharmacy Act 1948.
